Community Development Corporation Asset Control Area Home Buyer

The Community Development Corporation of Utah (CDC) offers qualified participants the ability to purchase Asset Control Area (ACA) homes throughout Utah. ACA homes are HUD repossessions—homes acquired and completely remodeled then resold to eligible buyers at adjusted prices.
Qualifications:

* 115% or 80% AMI (see Area Median Income Levels), depending on home.
* Qualify for mortgage for adjusted price of house.

Requirements:

* Complete HUD-approved homebuyer education class.
* Complete pre-purchase counseling with CDC.
* Occupy home for at least 3 consecutive years.
