The Utah Housing Corporation offers low interest rate loans to first-time home buyers purchasing homes in utah through participating mortgage lenders.

Qualifications:

• Meet income requirements
• Of 3 credit scores, only 1 may be below 660
• Must not have owned a home within the past 3 years
• Purchas price cannot exceed acquisition cost limits (varies by county, contact us for more info)
• It is recommended that you complete the homebuyer education program offered by the state.
