In 2007 a historic merger between Westfield Real Estate and a group of Utah county Keller Williams agents, who had been incubating in Salt Lake county’s KW Midvale office, created Keller Williams Westfield Real Estate.  This new Keller Williams office in Utah county joined the ranks of the top 3 producing real estate brokerages in the county.  Since the merger the office has since moved from the old Westfield office in Highland to it’s currant location on 800 N in Orem.

The company continues to grow in agent count and number of transaction each year among the county.  Keller Williams International became the nation’s 2nd largest real estate company in March of 2011.  The franchise continues to spread throughout the Utah Region with plans of expanding to Lehi and Spanish Fork with the current office in Orem being an anchor office.
