Stringham Schools Pre-Licensing Education
The Utah Division of Real Estate requires 120 hours of education prior to taking the Real Estate Sales Agent Licensing Exam. Classes are offered live and/or online, which maximizes flexibility without sacrificing quality.
The tuition for the course is $595 and that includes your textbook, all classes, exams, and a final review class to help you prepare for the state exam.
You can begin your course at anytime and take the classes at your own pace. You can complete up to 8 hours of class per day, making it possible to complete the entire course in as little as 4 weeks. Or if you choose you can spread the classes out and complete them over a 12 month period. The average student takes about 6-8 weeks to complete the course.
