CDC/ACA Teacher/Officer Home Buyer Program
The Community Development Corporation of Utah offers qualified teachers, firefighters, and law enforcement officers the ability to purchase ACA homes throughout Utah. ACA homes are HUD repossession-homes acquired and completely remodeled then resold to eligible buyers at adjusted prices.
Qualifications
- Full-time police officer, firefighter, EMT, or teacher
- Qualify for mortgage for adjusted price of the home
Requirements
- Complete HUD-approved home buyer education class
- Complete pre-purchase counseling with the CDC
- Occupy home for at least one year
