Exterior_800x600_2321237 My favorite part of this home greets you right at the door: the east-facing patio, which is a perfect place to relax or enjoy dinner outside.  It’s the best room in the house! This neighborhood is friendly and welcoming, and I have loved getting to know the neighbors while enjoying the view.  The home is only a block from the lake, and I love walking in this neighborhood.

Right inside the front door you notice my other favorite feature of this home: the gorgeous light coming in through two sets of windows in the two-story living room.  Upstairs, the kitchen overlooks the living room; I have loved my white cabinets, Corian countertops, gas range, and stainless appliances.  There’s plenty more natural light here and it is is really the heart of the home.  Right off the kitchen is a room that works perfectly as an office oKitchen_800x600_2321260r playroom.  This means there is plenty of room for hanging out near the kitchen, without being in the way.  I loved having my husband working next to me while I cooked, and it would be the perfect place for little ones to play while working on dinner.  The half bath on this floor is great for guests.
Upstairs, more natural light floods into the master bedroom through the double glass doors; the view from up here is lovely.  The walk-in closet offers plenty of hanging and shelf space.  The second bedroom is certainly large enough for two kids, with a large mirrored closet.  I love having the laundry on this level; it makes it easier to keep clothes clean when you’re not dragging baskets up and down the stairs.  The way they designed these town homes means that I’ve never heard noise coming from either of the neighboring units, so everyone sleeps well.
I have loved everything about the Daybreak community: the community center and gym, the pools, the playgrounds and parks.  I’ve never had to worry about taking care of the great lawn out front, or shoveling snow in the winter.  It really is as wonderful here, and I’ve felt so lucky to make this my home!
