This is like an appraisal, the only difference is that appraisers try to verify and justify your home price with sold home, where we try to stretch the market with active, under contracts, and sold homes. That way we can see trends and see where to price your home.
This is one of the biggest reasons you hire an agent. For our marketing we push your home to thousands of websites (over 90% of buyers find their homes online).
