Our home is a beautiful remodel, with plenty to offer and the home itself to the surrounding area. Lets begin outside, we have gravel mulch and aspen trees surrounding the property for extra parking on the side of the garage and driveway with aspens requiring very little watering. The chain link fence has been painted to scheme and the mulch has added structure to the terrain, yet still leaves the right buyer(s) with a blank canvas to add grass, concrete or Xeriscape with more drought/dry resistant plants to save on water bill and maintenance. The wood fence was built and stained last fall, it offers access to the R/V, extra parking or what ever you see it fit in the back, with to 6ft swinging gates and access to the front with a 3ft gate. We built the fire pit, benches (front and back yard) and patio’s (front and back) this year, with again open option for color or treatment. We planted a maple tree in the back yard to provide shade and it’s growing wonderfully. We have a flagpole post installed in the corner of the front yard (pole is not included as it was my Birthday present this year). Lastly we added motion censored solar powered lights on the fence posts by the gate between the front and back yard, flower beds and on the garage entry and corner of home angled to fire pit area.
Moving on to the interior, this home has many upgrades. The kitchen is absolutely stunning! Cherry wood cabinets with dimming lighting underneath, stainless steel appliances, a gorgeous backsplash, tile countertops and matching floor. All of the light fixtures, outlets and light switches match throughout the home. Each room has updated doors and closet doors, all with matching oil rubbed hardware. Crown molding in main living, dining and kitchen areas. Fireplace with matching tile and beautiful hearth. Living room has an oil rubbed matching fan with dimming light and remote control. The home has mahogany wood grain blinds professionally installed in all the bedrooms and main-living room. We have added a ceiling fan with lights in the master bedroom upstairs. We added an alarm system to the home. We finished the laundry/dog/mud room, perfect for dog owners or could easily be changed into a mud-take off your shoes- room. We added an expansion tank to the water line in the house to reduce the pressure on the line. The water pressure regulator on the house was replaced when purchased the home 2 years ago. We replaced the carpet in the hallway downstairs with wood grain vinyl. We added entry way lights above the front door. We had the A/C unit replaced with a brand new energy efficient unit last fall. In the garage we have installed a brand new garage door motor, work bench, cabinets, shelves and three 8’ lights. We restrained the deck and although the sprinkler system doesn’t function currently, the box and controls do and are located under the deck should the buyer ever want to repair the system.
Now lets talk about the area! This house, offers friendly next door neighbors and is with in walking distance of the Kearns Oquirrh Park Fitness Center , Olympic Oval and Beehive Elementary. The USANA amphitheater is just down the road as well as a beautifully remodeled golf course. Kearns Improvement District across the street which makes it easy to dump the trailer after a long camping trip, as there is no charge to residents.
I am sure I have left out plenty but I hope this is a good description of our lovely home and surroundings.
