Arika Hernandez demonstrates dedication, integrity, hard work, energy, and creative service in all aspects of your real estate transactions. Arika grew up in Salt Lake Valley and went to the last two years of high school in Cache Valley. Arika learned the meaning of hard work, energy, and dedication when she decided to volunteer at an after-school program for troubled kids when she was only 14 years old. She took the UTA bus to her volunteer work every morning and made the last UTA bus back home at night.
Arika first gained her love for real estate as a little girl helping her dad remodel the homes they lived in and then sell them just to move to the next home and start the process again. Arika has continued this hard work in the Real Estate Industry. She has experience in the real estate field working with the multifamily aspect for five years. She has worked with every aspect of Multifamily Living such as; renting, lease agreements, evictions, book keeping, marketing, retaining, and relationship building. Arika got her real estate license in 2015 she specializes in working with investors, first time home buyers, and home owners.
Arika is a wife to an amazing husband and a mother of three adorable boys. She enjoys spending her free time with family out in nature. Some of the things she enjoys are; campling, hiking, boating, riding ATV’s, baseball, basketball, volleyball, and much more.

Arika uses her experience to fulfill each client’s real estate goal. She works together with sellers, buyers, and escrow companies.
