Marisol and her husband moved to Utah in 2014 looking for new opportunities and a fresh start. They bought their very first home shortly after moving to Utah. Her love for the industry and the people involved grew so much she decided on a career change. Since then, her and her husband have made several real estate investments and helped many others do the same.
Marisol comes from a very large family, most of which don't own any real estate. She wanted to change that. She is passionate about educating her family and community on the advantages of owning real estate and how to use those assets to build wealth and a legacy for those you love.
Marisol is actively involved in many areas of real estate, including managing her own investment properties, providing high quality property management for her community, providing safe and affordable housing for all tenants, and has invested her time and resources to help local non profits reach their community through financial education and skill building courses.
When she is not running comparables, she is out in nature. She enjoys hiking, skiing, golfing, camping, and almost anything else that requires being outdoors. Marisol also loves to travel the world with her husband. They love trying new foods and having new (sometimes dangerous) experiences.
Marisol loves ALL things real estate and loves helping anyone she meets with all their real estate related goals. She has a passion for military clients and the hispanic community. Her husband served in the United States Marine Corps and she has a heart to serve those who have served us. She is a fluent Spanish speaker and brings with her a balanced history of the financial services world and investments industry.
Marisol's expert negotiation skills, diverse professional background and active presence in her community, make her the ideal agent partner for anyone looking to expand their portfolios or purchase their very first home. She understands first hand the challenges and the joys of owning, selling, investing, renting, and managing real estate.
