Clay Winder has helped Utah families buy and sell homes since 2006. He is a licensed real estate broker, a certified real estate educator for the state of Utah, and holds a Master's Degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Utah. He is the Co-Founder and Owner of Red Sign Real Estate Team, based in Orem, Utah.

Clay knows Utah County, Salt Lake County, and the Wasatch Front well. He grew up here. He still lives here. When you work with Clay, you get someone who is transparent about the process, competent in the details, and comfortable to talk to whether you are buying your first home or your fifth.
