Kaytin Slater
Director of Lead Generation
Meet Kaytin, she has a passion for marketing and all things real estate. She attended Oklahoma State University where she double majored in Marketing and Management. After she graduated college in 2018 she worked for a private equity firm where she helped run an in-house marketing division. There she worked closely with the CMO to systemize individual marketing needs for different companies, just like she does for your individual listing! Every home is unique and her goal is to highlight distinctive attributes to optimize exposure of your listing! With her background and knowledge of marketing she loves to help clients understand what all happens on the back end of presenting your home on the open market to help you sell for the highest dollar! Kaytin enjoys traveling the world with her husband. Some of her hobbies include; skiing, hiking, yoga, paddle boarding and spending time with family and friends!
Cody Thorup
Director of Sales
Meet Cody, his passion for real estate really started from his time helping manage and run a family construction company. He spent 10 years in construction from residential projects to small commercial and everything in between. During this time he got his real estate license as his passion for buying and flipping homes started. He has had his hand in countless flips here in Utah and outside the state. He has a love for taking homes and bringing them back to life! With his background and knowledge of construction he loves being able to help buyers understand things to look for in a new home and for sellers he knows what projects to tackle to bring in the most money! Cody enjoys traveling with his wife and spending time with his two boys, Cooper and Lincoln. Some of his hobbies are working on and enjoying old cars, watching jazz games and spending time with family and friends! We are so lucky to have Cody on the Red Sign Team as one of our agents.

Clay Winder

Clay Winder has helped Utah families buy and sell homes since 2006. He is a licensed real estate broker, a certified real estate educator for the state of Utah, and holds a Master's Degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Utah. He is the Co-Founder and Owner of Red Sign Real Estate Team, based in Orem, Utah. Clay knows Utah County, Salt Lake County, and the Wasatch Front well. He grew up here. He still lives here. When you work with Clay, you get someone who is transparent about the process, competent in the details, and comfortable to talk to whether you are buying your first home or your fifth.
