Rich Cope has been helping families here in Utah County buy and sell homes since 2019. He has a Bachelors degree in Business Management and Marketing from the University of Phoenix. He has been in sales for several years, including retail sales. Rich knows the South Utah County market very well. He has lived here for over 50 years, and has served on several boards and committees, including the Spanish Fork Chamber of Commerce Executive Board, the Fiesta Days Committee in Spanish Fork, the Tabitha's Way Fundraising committee, and the Utah Trust Lands committee among others. Clients know when they work with Rich they are not only getting a true friend and advocate, but a tough negotiator who will get them the best deal possible! He get's shit done, and will guide you every step of the way.
