Clay Winder has spent nearly two decades doing one thing: helping Utah families build wealth through real estate. As co-founder and qualifying broker of the Red Sign Real Estate Team at Keller Williams Westfield, Clay leads one of the highest-volume residential real estate teams in Utah County. His career began in 2006, and in the years since he has become one of the most decorated and recognized agents in the state.
In the last year alone, Clay closed $126.1 million in real estate sales. Over the past three years, he has completed 183 transactions across Utah County and Salt Lake County, a track record backed by 301 five-star client reviews and 19 consecutive years in the industry.

Clay holds a Master's Degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Utah and a Bachelor's Degree in Public Law from Utah Valley University. He became a licensed real estate broker in 2011 and a state-certified real estate continuing education instructor in 2012. He is also a franchise owner for Keller Williams Westfield Real Estate and a co-founder of Red Sign Investments, a real estate investment company operating across multiple states.
