Luke Kennard is a real estate professional with experience in fix-and-flip projects, investment property acquisition, and land development. He enjoys helping first-time investors and homebuyers confidently take their next step in real estate while identifying opportunities that build long-term wealth.
Luke has worked on projects ranging from simple infill lot subdivisions to larger developments, including master-planned communities and a condo-hotel. He particularly enjoys working with builders and landowners—helping builders identify land for future projects and helping landowners position their property to achieve the highest and best value.
Before entering real estate, Luke spent 5 years in the tech industry working in property inspection AI technology. He has worked in real estate for over 5 years, helping buyers, investors, land owners, builders, and developers navigate opportunities across Utah.
Outside of real estate, Luke enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, skiing, and being outdoors. He is also actively involved in his community and values opportunities to serve others.
