Vineyard, Utah, is a rapidly growing city located in Utah County, with a population of over 13,000 residents as of 2021. The city has experienced tremendous growth over the past decade, with a population increase of nearly 400% since 2010. This growth has been driven by the city's strategic location, natural beauty, and high-quality of life. Vineyard, Utah is not done growing and the projected population for 2040 is 40-45,000 people.


Future Vineyard City Plans

As the city continues to grow, the local government has developed a comprehensive master plan to ensure that the community's needs are met and that development is sustainable. The master plan includes a vision for Vineyard to become a "vibrant and connected community with a thriving economy, sustainable infrastructure, and exceptional quality of life." But what are the estimated completion dates for this project?

Present:

  • Cafe Rio (April 7th, 2023)
  • Top Golf (Currently Open)
  • Tsubame Rotating Sushi (Currently Open)
  • Over 500 acres of the original 1,700 acre master planned development are for sale for commercial, industrial and high density residential use.
  • 50 acres of prime retail land are available within seconds of the 800 North I-15 interchange for big, mid, and small box use.
  • 300 acres of transit-oriented mixed use land in Downtown Vineyard are under development.
  • 115 acres of industrial land are available to the south of the Eastlake Industrial Park

  • Projected square feet to be developed in each sector are as follows: Office: 3.5 million, Industrial: 5.5 million, Retail: 2.1 million 
  • Approximately 20,000 jobs will be created in the retail, office and industrial sectors.
